Email Messages using Microsoft Accounts

Some of our Members use email from Microsoft with one these names ‘Hotmail’, ‘Livemail’ or ‘Outlook’ with ‘.com’ or ‘.co.uk’

Microsoft are very restrictive in allowing which emails are sent to their users and any that fail to meet their criteria are sent to “Junk Email”.

If you are finding you are not getting our email announcements or the Newsletter in your Inbox, you need to check your Junk Email folder.

If your do find our emails in your Junk Email Folder, open the email, making sure it has “@huttonu3a.org.uk” at the end, and look for the three dots at the far right side.

Clicking on these dots will give you a list of options.

One option is to set our emails to be “Safe senders”.

The other option is to set it as “Not Junk”.

This should move the email to your Inbox along with future ones.
